My contributions to this app included:
Feature design
- Joined discovery meetings to understand goals and gather input
- Explored and iterated on different design ideas
- Validated concepts with the team to align on the best approach
- Presented designs to the client and refined them based on feedback
Design system contribution
- Helped design and add new components to the system
- Helped keep the design system up to date
- Created disabled states for all components
- Worked on usage guidelines with clear, practical examples
Annotations & handoff
- Wrote clear notes for developers so they understood how everything works
- Explained interactions and behaviors
- Led handoff meetings to walk the team through the design decisions
App consistency audit
- Took part in an audit that uncovered 27 app-wide issues
- Organized issues by OS, UX, visuals, or copy
- The result made the app feel more consistent and polished
